Our king, INT CH ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Tamino, is 11 years old to day, New Year´s Day! Happy birthday to our wonderful boy!  

We welcome our new Labrador-boy to Iceland!

His name is Talimars Mallorns Storm Warning "Osku" and is imported from Mallorns kennel in Finland.

Osku is bred in USA but was owned by kennel Mallorns before he came to Iceland. He is owned by us and Gudsteinn Eyjólfsson but will stay with our friend Halldór Halldórsson and his family (kennel Helgufoss).

Osku is such a beautiful, handsome boy and has the sweetest temperament! He is HD/ED free (A), PRA/clear and has gained 3 cac´s in Finland and two BOS´s.

Thank you Anu for trusting us for this wonderful boy!

The puppies are 6 days old today and are all doing well.

A litter of 6 Afghan puppies, 3+3, was born on the 6th and 7th of April. Puppies and mother are all doing well.

The puppies are in the colors of black and tan (1+2), golden black masked (1+1) and cream (1).

The proud dam is Punapaulan Yasmin (2xCC 2xCacib) and proud sire is INT CH NORD CH ISC DKCH FINCH Punapaulan Oleksi.

An Afghan Hound litter is expected in the beginning of April. The proud parents are Punapaulan Yasmin "Chelsea" (2 x CAC - 2 x Cacib) and INT CH NORD CH ISCH DK CH FINCH Punapaulan Oleksi "Ollie".

They both have wonderful tempraments and personalities, have been shown with fantastic results and both of them have clear eyes.

Ollie was the Top veteran of the year 2007 and #3 Top dog all breeds 2007.

Puppies are expected in the colors of golden black masked, black and tan and possibly cream.

Last weekend we went to an International show held here in Reykjavik. Tibbies were shown on Saturday and BOB went to our gorgeous Tíbrá (ISCH Toyway Ama-Ry-Lix) who got her 4th Cacib and is now awaiting confirmation on her INT.Champion title*. BOS was our boy, ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Un Bel Figo who got his 3rd Cacib! Judge was Arne Foss from Norway. Arne also judged the group where Tíbrá was 4th in a very tough competition!

On Sunday it was the Labs´ turn and the youngsters did great. Tíbráar Tinda Töffarinn Jenni was 1st in junior class with HP. His sisters, Tíbráar Tinda Tunglskins Nótt and Tíbráar Tinda Töfrandi Lóla did well and Nótt was 3rd in junior class and Lóla 5th. Tíbráar Tinda breeding class was BOB with HP. Judge was Nils Molin from Sweden.

Today is Fjóla´s (ISCH Nalinas Morchella De´Adonis) birthday but the old lady is 14 years old today! She is carrying her age very well and is always ready for walks and some action!

Last sunday we went to a group 9 speciality where Kitty Sjong from Denmark judged the Tibbies.

Yesterday was Vikki´s (Toyway Akbar Khan) and Tíbrá´s (ISCH Toyway Ama-Ry-Lix) birthday! Vikki is 8 years old and Tíbrá is 3 years old.

The Icelandic kennel club´s springshow was held on the first weekend in March.
The Labradors were shown on Saturday with a big entry of over 60 dogs! The judge was Blaz Kavcic from Slovania.
All Tíbráar Tinda Labs did well on the show.
BOS was Tíbráar Tinda Skorri with his 3rd CC and 3rd cacib.
Tíbráar Tinda breeding group was BOB and was chosen the best breeding group of the day!

Tibbies were shown on Sunday under Cathy Delmar from Ireland.
BOB was ISCH Toyway Ama-Ry-Lix with her 2nd cacib. BOS was our Figo´s son, the junior Perlu-Lindar Jökull, who got his 1st CC.
BOB veteran was INT CH ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Tamino.

Tíbráar Tinda Labrador puppies are expected around the 12th of February.
Proud parents are Tíbráar Tinda Rympa Rós and Volcano´s Royal Affaire Extraordinaire "Lubbi".
Rympa Rós and Lubbi have done excellent in shows. Rympa has got CC and Res Cacib and Lubbi has got CK and Res Cacib.
They are both hip-and elbow X-Rayed with clear results. They are also eye-checked, both clear and DNA tested for PRA.
Rympa has also completed a mental test!

The autumnshow of the Icelandic kennel club was held the 7th-8th of October. The highlight of the show was when our veteran boy, Tamino (INT UCH ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Tamino) was chosen BIS veteran and our co-owned puppy girl Ísadóra (Perlu-Lindar Ísadóra) was chosen BIS puppy! Our dogs and other Tíbráar Tinda dogs did very well on the show! Tíbráar Tinda breeding groups in Labradors and Tibetan spaniels were both BOB breeding groups.

The Terrierclub´s championship-show was held on the 9th of September and of course we entered some of our Tibbies. The judge was Cindy Pettersson from Sweden.
Toyway Ama-Ry-Lix "Tíbrá" was BOB with her 3rd CC in 3 shows in a row! She ended up as BEST IN SHOW 2nd!
ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Un Bel Figo was BOS.

Our Finnish beautyqueen, Tíbrá (Towyay Ama-Ry-Lix) was BEST IN SHOW on HRFÍ´s summershow the 25.-26. of June! The breed-judge and group-judge was Annika Ultveit Moe from Sweden and BIS judge was Ole Staunkjær from Denmark.
Fígó´s son, Perlu-Lindar Jökull, was BEST IN SHOW Puppy under judge Lis-Beth C Liljeqvist from Sweden.

Fígó (ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Un Bel Figo) has become a daddy now. His girlfriend, Tessie (ISCH Toyway Ca-Isla-4 cacibs) gave birth to two healthy puppies on the 9th of February, a boy and a girl. They are all doing fine and growing fast.  Tessie´s owner is Berglind Jónsdóttir and her kennelname is Perlu-Lindar.

Our oldest Tibbie, Fjóla (ISCH Nalinas Morchella De´Adonis) is 12 years old today! She is in very good health and her age can hardly been seen on her :o) Happy birthday!

Our breeding Tíbráar Tinda is 10 years old today. Our first litter under the prefix was Tibetan spaniel litter which included our INT UCH ISCH TT Florens and her two brothers ISCH TT Baltasar and TT Pablo Picasso. All of them are healthy, happy veterans today. We congratulate them and their owners :)  Our birthday present is our gogeous import from Finland, Toyway Ama-Ry-Lix who arrived few days ago and we are sooooo happy with this little beauty queen!

A national show was held in Reykjavík the 24.-26. of June 2005. Some Tíbráar Tinda Labradors and Tibbies were entered to the show with great results! Our Labrador bitch, TT Karólína Kátína, got her 3rd CC and now she has become an Icelandic champion! She is the first TT Labrador to become an ISCH :) 

Her sons did great at the show too. TT Rökkvi was BM2 with his first CC and TT Skorri, was BIS Puppy 4th!  His litter mates were also shown and four out of 7 got HP!  Their father, Foxrush Good as Gold was BOB and group 2nd.  The judge was Karl-Erik Johanson from Sweden.

She is imported from Nalinas kennel in Sweden.Our Tibbie boy, Toyway Akbar Khan "Vikki", became 5 years old the 18th of January. He is a proud father of our boys, Tango and Figo. Vikki is imported from Toyway kennel in Finland.

Tíbráar Tinda Karólína Kátína gave birth to 7 healthy Labrador puppies yesterday. 4 of them are yellow boys, 1 black boy and 2 black bitches. They are all doing good.Their proud father is Foxrush Good As Gold (imp.Uk)

The Labradors Tíbráar Tinda Rökkvi, Rómeó Casanova and Rympa Rós were all eye tested on the 13th of November. The results were all free.The Tibbie, ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Tamino, was also eye tested and the results were free.  

The Labrador Retriever, Tíbráar Tinda Rúfuz Argus was X-rayed for HD and ED and was HD=Fri and ED=1.

Our Labrador bitch, Tíbráar Tinda Karólína Kátína (black) is expecting a litter in the middle of November. The sire is Foxrush Good As Gold (imp.England,  yellow). They are both free of HD (hips)and ED (elbows) and are eyechecked as well without any diseases. They have been shown on the Icelandic Kennel CLub´s dogshows with great results.

Tíbráar Tinda Kennel is 9 years old today. Our first litter than was born under the kennel name was born the 13th of October 1995. In the litter was our Tibbie girl, INT CH ISCH Tíbráar Tinda Florens with her two brothers, ISCH TT Baltasar and TT Pablo Picasso (CK). They are all healthy and very happy and so are their parents, ISCH Nalinas Morchella De´Adonis and ISCH Nalinas Nooni.Congratulations!!

Our Tibbie male, Toyway Akbar Khan, was BOS with CACIB in the Icelandic kennel club´s international show the 3rd of October 2004. BOB was ISCH Toyway Ca-Isla. Our two Tibbie males were also shown and one from our breeding as well.

The results were:

TT Un Bel Figo: 1st price, 2nd place open class

TT Tango For Two: 1st price, 3rd place open class

ISCH TT Papageno: 1st place champion class, Best male 2nd place, Res-CACIB

Our Labrador bitch, TT Karólína Kátína was also shown and got 1st price and 4th place in open class.

The judge was Tore Fossum from Norway.

Three of Karólína´s and Úlli´s Labrador puppies have been Xrayed for HD and AA. They are Tíbráar Tinda Rómeo Casanova, Rökkvi and Regína Rós. The results were very pleasing and the same for all of them. HD = Free and AA = Free!  

Auður Sif handled a puppy bitch, Toyway Talika, in a Tibetan Spaniel speciality in Kuopio, Finland the 6th of August. She became best puppy in show! Almost 100 Tibbies were entered to this speciality.  Toyway Talika is owned by Jouko Leiviskä, Toyway Kennel.

Auður Sif went to visit the father of our Tibetan Spaniel male, Toyway Akbar Khan, in Finland.  His name is CH Rhengold´s Intervall. His owner lives in Haukipudas which is near Oulu, where Auður Sif is staying. 

Our daughter, Auður Sif, who is now working on an Afghan kennel (Punapaulan) in Finland has been going to dogshows in Finland and Sweden this summer.  She has been handling the Afghan male, FIN & S & N & EST Ch. Punapaulan Mahti, who is owned and bred by Riitta Aho.  On an International dogshow the 3rd of July in Piteå, Sweden, Mahti became BOB with CACIB and then 2nd in group 10!  Such a great results!!

Audur Sif is now in Oulu, Finland and last night she went with Jouko Leiviskä (Toyway kennel)  and his wife, Raija to a Tibetan Spaniel ring training and barbieque.  There were about 20 dogs there and both dogs and people had a good time together.  You can see some pictures here! 

Tíbráar Tinda Karólína Kátína and her brothers, TT Kormákur Korfi and TT Kristófer Kuggur, are 5 years old today the 13th of May! 

Tíbráar Tinda Karólína Kátína (Lab), Toyway Akbar Khan (TS). TT Tango For Two (TS) and TT Un Bel Figo (TS) were eye tested the 8th of May.  All of them were ok and without any genetic eye-diseases.  TT Regína Rós and TT Kormákur Korfi (Labs) went as well and were ok and without any genetic eye-diseases.   

The Labradors, Tíbráar Tinda Romeo Casanova and Tíbráar Tinda Regína Rós have been on a Retriever training course last winter.  The course ended with a test where they did absolutely great!  Regína got 100 points out of 100 points possible. We heard that is was the first time when a dog on a this course got a full house of points.  We congratulate their owners on their great results and we are just sooooo proud of them!

Auður Sif has been invited to judge junior handling in an Int.show in Ronneby, Sweden the 29th of July this summer.  She is very thrilled to get this chance and is really looking forward to going there. 

Auður Sif is going to Finland this summer with her friend Ásta María to work for an Afghan and Toy Poodle breeder.  Her name is Riitta Aho, Punapaulan Kennel http://www.riittaaho.fi and is a very respected breeder in Finland.  They will be helping her to take care of the dogs etc. and will be going to dogshows to handle her dogs.  They are really looking forward to their stay in Finland and are expecting to come back with more good experience!
